I’m Falon Paris-Caines, a communications professional with over 15 years' experience. I founded Paris Caines Communications because I wanted to help organisations communicate in clear, relatable, and meaningful ways.
My work has spanned the NHS, national partnerships, private healthcare services, and community-driven initiatives.
I specialise in communications that require clarity, credibility, and trust — particularly in complex or stakeholder-sensitive contexts.
Alongside my consultancy work, I serve as a Director and Communications Lead for Liamuiga Women’s Health and Oualie Men’s Health, supporting accessible mental health services for communities connected to St. Kitts and Nevis.
I’m currently completing a Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Promotion, strengthening my grounding in prevention, equity, and systems thinking.
I take the time to understand what matters to you and who you’re trying to reach. From there, I create simple, practical plans that work in the real world — not just on paper.
My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and always focused on making messages resonate.
