Who I am
I’m Falon Paris-Caines, a communications professional with over 15 years' experience. I founded Paris Caines Communications because I wanted to help organisations communicate in clear, relatable, and meaningful ways.
My work has spanned the NHS, national partnerships, private healthcare services, and community-driven initiatives.
I specialise in communications that require clarity, credibility, and trust — particularly in complex or stakeholder-sensitive contexts.
Alongside my consultancy work, I serve as a Director and Communications Lead for Liamuiga Women’s Health and Oualie Men’s Health, supporting accessible mental health services for communities connected to St. Kitts and Nevis.
I’m currently completing a Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Promotion, strengthening my grounding in prevention, equity, and systems thinking.

Experience You Can Rely On
- Over 15 years’ experience in communications, PR, and marketing, spanning healthcare, public sector, non-profit, housing, and the private sector.
- Over nine years working for the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), including delivering internal, external, and stakeholder communications as well as marketing for private healthcare services.
- Communications lead for Liamuiga Women’s Health, a non-profit initiative supporting women in St.Kitts & Nevis and its diaspora.
- Caribbean (St. Kitts & Nevis) raised with UK experience, bringing a diverse and inclusive perspective to every project.
